Update the game client and start the game via the Blizzard App, not via the client executable file. It seems that when the system date is off, game will be unable to display world quests timers properly, and said quests will also not show on the map/ quest tracker. Check your system date and time. In some cases, this attributed to your computer's time and date being incorrectly set and/or resetting that. To show all others again right-click on that quest and select "unfollow" In Shadowlands all other world quests will not show up if one quest was selected and is yellow.
