No reason to build base or anything thing else. If the only way to get xp is to kill zeds then their is nothing left to do in game then. After an hour of crafting and testing no xp for anything that we made. Yeah you get no xp for crafting stuff now. So that way you'd learn a significant thing from making better items and that'd be reflected in XP gained. Orange gets you more xp than grey etc etc. Perhaps each time you craft a new quality band? like grey gets you xp. I think it'd be more realistic if they at least had a cap on the number of times you could craft somthing before you stopped getting xp. It's just finding out new stuff may take longer. The argument is that you still learn when you do things. You basicly need to fight hundreads and hundreads of orks to thousands of orks as a fighter at level 18 or so to go up a new level. AD&D had a table per class of xp per level and then some classes after a fixed level might need a fixed amount of XP after that level. Traditional RPG games (AD&D for example) use a static XP system (every moster is worth the same or uses an algorythm that's the same if they have the same trates) but will increase the XP required per level. There are a few approaches to this problem.
